Duration of the Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Applicability for Digital Products

Since we sell digital products that can be downloaded, to qualify for a refund, the product must not have been deployed or used on any live environment. It must also be completely removed from any sites it was applied to.

Requirements for a Refund

To initiate a refund, proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

Issues with Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Processing the Refund

TemplateWelt.com and our payment processors submit the refund immediately and strive to process the refunds as quickly as possible. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to TemplateWelt.com > My Account > Orders
  2. Select the order number for the product you wish to refund.
  3. Click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total to open the refund request prompt.
    • If the ellipsis icon is not visible, the 14-day period may have expired.
  4. Follow the prompt to Request a Refund. A Refund Request Form will appear.
  5. Choose a reason for the refund from the drop-down menu and provide detailed reasons for your refund request.
  6. Click on ‘Request Refund‘.
